Once your proposal is approved, a signed agreement and 50% retainer officially reserve your event date.

Choose your backdrop, select a photo template design, and complete our final questionnaire so everything feels aligned with your event aesthetic and flow.

We arrive early, set everything up, and create an experience that feels elevated, immersive, and naturally part of the event — so you can focus on enjoying the night.

Guests receive instant digital sharing onsite, and you’ll receive your full gallery after the event to relive everything all over again.
